Sherwin McDonald is a global real estate advisor who has been active in the industry since the age of 18. A Los Angeles native raised in Atlanta, his passion for real estate was shaped early through hands-on exposure to development and a lifelong fascination with design, architecture, and the spaces we inhabit.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications from Pepperdine University and a Master of Science in International Real Estate, where he gained a global perspective working alongside institutional firms such as Prologis and Goldman Sachs. His approach blends market intelligence with brand, storytelling, and strategy.

Further inspired by a hospitality management internship in Protaras, Cyprus, Sherwin believes real estate should deliver more than transactions—it should deliver experience. Today, he advises clients across multiple markets, bringing a globally informed, design-forward lens to every opportunity.
